The 5 free conversions without an account are a rolling 12-hour limit, not a one-time balance — they're tied to your browser, not an account. As your oldest use ages past 12 hours, that slot opens back up automatically. Signing in removes this limit entirely, for free.

Yes — signing in (a free magic-link email, no password) removes the 12-hour limit and unlocks batch upload and auto-total detection, at no cost. Paid credit packs are coming later for teams that need even higher volume; see our Payment & Refund Policy page for how that will work once it launches.

If we detect a row or column that's the exact sum of the cells next to it — like an invoice's Total row — we write it back as a real Excel SUM formula instead of a plain number, so it recalculates if you edit the numbers around it. This only runs once you're signed in.

Your image or PDF itself is never stored — it's sent to our OCR provider for processing, and the extracted table is generated into a spreadsheet in your browser. If you sign in, we store your email (needed to keep you signed in), but never the contents of anything you convert.
