Using SnapToSheet

SnapToSheet lets you upload a screenshot or photo of a table and converts it into a downloadable Excel (.xlsx) file using optical character recognition (OCR). The service is provided free of charge, without accounts or payment, on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

No accuracy guarantee

OCR results depend on image quality and table layout. We make no guarantee that extracted text or table structure will be complete or accurate. Always review the table preview before relying on the downloaded file.

Acceptable use

Do not upload images you do not have the right to process, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights of others.

Third-party services

Uploaded images are processed via Mistral's OCR API to perform OCR; see our Privacy Policy for details. This site may also display ads served by third-party ad networks.

Limitation of liability

SnapToSheet and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including reliance on inaccurate OCR results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
